Welcome to your giving fewer f*cks guided meditation. You're welcome.

Linda wants you to know:

You are a perfect being with a truth that no one can F*CK with.

Challenge yourself to accept the word fucks in this meditation. You know why you're here. Each time I say this word more of what does not serve you, will fall away. Feel the energy of giving fewer f*cks just by intending and declaring it.

Examples of some of the f*cks we wish we didn't give: Worrying about what other people think of us-- how we live, our choices, how we present, how we are aging, etc. Worrying about how people are perceiving us or things we said. Playing the people pleasing game when you really don't feel like it. Worrying about the judgment we feel from all different corners. The judgment we place on ourselves for not feeling like we're enough, or that we have enough.

Think: Who could you be, if you didn't care about all of these things that don't tell the story of who you truly are?

Do you know, you are not who you think you are, not the body you left behind. Nor the thinking mind that gets caged into giving too many f*cks and can't feel free. You are a perfect being with a truth that no one can F*CK with, and you don't have to give so many f*cks because what's in you is true. 

This energy is yours and it's fierce and beautiful.
So lean in, and remember your greatness. Remember who you are, because you are the one. The singular expression of a once in a lifetime consciousness. You are whole, you are strong. You are ready for anything, including this meditation.

Now inhale. We're gonna let that shit go... 

Welcome to your giving fewer f*cks guided meditation.

Find a comfortable spot where you can be undisturbed and sink deep into this work.
We're going to start with three deep breaths. Long inhale with an even longer exhale. 
Now inhale. And we're gonna let that shit go
Again.
And we're going to let go of all the fucks we give. One more time. Inhale. And we're going to let go of all that doesn't serve us.
I challenge you to accept the word fucks in this meditation. You know why you're here. And each time I say this word more of what does not serve you, will fall away. Feel the energyof giving fewer fucks just by intending and declaring it. Let's start with your body.
Become aware of your feet.
Feel your toes, move them around. Grind them, let them know they're alive. Your feet, express emotion. And their natural state is joy. Now let's move up your calves and now, and feel your knees relaxing and gently move up your thighs
and further relaxing as you approach the hinge of your thighs.
Loosen the hold, and feel you hipbones gently spread.
And become  aware of your seat, your sex, your womb, if you have one, when we're in our head, it's all too easy to become disconnected from this part of ourselves.
No, we will move slightly upward and into our belly and take our biggest breath. Feel it feeling, let it stick all the way out. Like you have no fucks to give about the size of your belly, make this exhale long and powerful as you push out what doesn't serve you. And now we're going to move this energy into our chest.
Sore that around your heart space, nourishing, feeding, whatever needs to be fed, gonna to radiate outward towards our shoulders down your arms, your forearms. Through your wrists and down to your fingertips, 
And bring your awareness back to your shoulders. Feel them relax. We're going to move up the neck. Feel your jaw, relax. Your ears.
Cheekbones. Behind your eyes. Your eyebrows. And between your brows and your forehead back of your head,
all of the energy that we've moved through, your body has now collected at the top of your head, like a crown.
Now vision, this crown. Flames of white and gold moving flickering, almost dancing with all of the energy we've moved through your body. And now we're rushing past into the space beyond keep ascending. And as you rise, take note of your vast new playing field.
Now imagine in this vast space, the universe surrounding you. And unburdening you all the fucks you wish you didn't give. Worrying about what other people think of us.
Worrying about the judgment we feel from all different corners. The judgment we place on ourselves for not feeling like we're enough. Like we have enough. Consciously feel you're concern about these things. Just drop away one by one. The universe can hold this for you. The universe can dissolve and sublimate this for you and bring it back into the energy of the universe itself.
When you're feeling strong, you can do this too, because you are like the universe, but whenever you need to give fewer fucks about what you know  doesn't matter. Step into the space. Sink into knowing this and become aware of your lightness of being. 

And it's here that I want you to set an intention.
Set the intention, to give fewer fucks about what you know, doesn't matter.

Look down at your body. So relaxed giving no fucks like you were when you were a child. And your naked body carried no shame or baggage, your body who works so hard to power you through your life. Carries perfection in all its cells.
We've relaxed the body. So let's do the same for our mind.
Keep visualizing all of the fucks you give simply falling away.
Who could you be, if you didn't care about all of these things that don't tell the story of who you truly are?

Do you know, you are not who you think you are, not the body you left behind. Nor the thinking mind that gets caged into giving too many fucks and can't feel free. You are a perfect being with the truth and no one can fuck with, and you don't have to give so many fucks because what's in you is true. This energy is yours and it's fierce and beautiful.
So lean in, and remember your greatness. Remember who you are, you are the one. The singular expression of a once in a lifetime consciousness.
As we get ready to leave this place, take one last look around. See, if there's something you want to take back with you. That will remind you of who you can be when you give yourself the permission to live your truth and be as great as you know yourself to be.
Journey back home to your body, patiently awaiting your return.
As we float back downward once again, take note of the lightness of your being. 
And soon the flames of your crown will come back into view. And we know where to go.
And, down and, down, and locking back in with our body feel the joy of reconnection. You are whole, you are strong, and you are ready for anything!
